We provide investment managers and promoters with continuous assistance in developing and operating schemes for investors.
We can provide services such as: registration, compliance, administration and financial reporting in accordance with the scheme’s constitution and the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
Compliance Services
Keystone Asset Management consults with the investment managers of managed investment schemes to provide professional guidance on governance and compliance matters.
This includes advice on individual matters within projects and funds, or the provision of compliance officers and compliance committee members.
Significant Investor Services
The Significant Investor Visa “SIV” program in Australia is run by the Federal Government and permits high net worth individuals to gain permanent residency in Australia through investing in an applicable asset.
